If there is no mobile application, or you have not used the passwordless login option, but you still need to get to the page, you should restore access from your computer.

It is advisable to come up with passwords that are both too complex for attackers to guess and easy for you to remember personally.
Now another message will arrive on your mobile device - this time with a new login.
It usually represents your phone number in international format, but without the plus sign at the beginning.
And you can change the password at any time to something more convenient for remembering in the appropriate profile settings form (Settings menu, General tab).
Advice! Linking your VKontakte page to your phone is the most reliable way of protection, since no one will be able to access it without your knowledge. Therefore, you should not leave your profile unlinked to the number.
But, if he didn’t do this (they didn’t want to or, more likely, didn’t have time after creating a new page), don’t worry - it’s still possible to log into your profile, although it will take more time.
Login method without being tied to a phone
If you have not linked your page to your phone, you should gain access in another way - by filling out a special form.
