Setting up KKT atol. Dental program Adenta professional Download driver atol 8.11 2

Note: This article was written for ATOL cash registers that comply with Federal Law-54 (Online cash register). If you have an old model cash register, then in steps 3 and 6 you will have one COM port, skip steps 11-13.

1. Install the ATOL driver as an administrator. Follow the installer's recommendations:

2. Connect the device via USB cable to the PC.

3. Open “Device Manager”, KKT ATOL should be displayed as “Unknown device”, or as shown in the figure (when connecting KKT ATOL via USB cable, two devices should be displayed):

4. Right-click on each of the devices and select “update driver”.

5. Select “Search for drivers on this computer”:

6. Install drivers from the following folder: C:\Program Files\ATOL\Drivers8\USB_Drivers. If the driver is installed correctly, the devices will have an ATOL mark:

7. Now open the “KKM Driver” (you can find it by searching on your computer) and click “Setting Properties”:

8. Now select the “Search for equipment” item:

9. In the “search parameters”, indicate the model of your cash register and click “search”. The driver must find the device, indicate its operating speed and COM port:

10. Next, in the “communication parameters” we indicate the same values that the driver gave us in the previous paragraph (in the search for equipment), and also indicate the model of your device and click “test connection”. If everything is configured correctly, your device will be displayed in the “Result” line:

12. Now launch “Manage Drivers” as an administrator. The KKM field contains arbitrary information that defines the KKM. In the COM port field, enter the port number for exchange with the OFD (This is the second of the ports that is displayed in your “device manager”, not used in the “KKM driver”) Check the “Autorun” checkbox and click the “Run” button:

13. Check the logs that the port is configured correctly. There should be a record in the logs that the port was detected correctly:

14. Now install the Subtotal application, following the installer’s instructions:

15. After launching the Subtotal application, open “Settings” and select the “KKM” section:

16. Select “connect fiscal registrar” and enter the main login and password from Subtotal, select a store and point of sale:

17. In the final settings, specify the ATOL driver, payment codes “0” and “1”. Next, click on the blue gear and specify the parameters exactly the same as in the “KKM driver” (point 10):

18. Click “Finish” and “ok”, the application will reboot - this completes the setup.

We reflash Atol 55F with the latest version (Atol-FPrint-22PTK is similar). For example, on KKT Atol 55F, January 2017, manufactured by July 2017. The firmware has changed several times.

We reflash according to the instructions from the site atol.ru, but some nuances arise:
  • To reflash the board (CPU) itself in the mode (“Programming the CCP with combined software”), you must first always reflash the bootloader, otherwise it does not enter the “Programming the CCP with combined software” mode.
  • also for bootloader firmware you need an RS232-RJ45 cable (specific at one end there is a regular COM port mother 9 holes, the other end as RJ45 as Ethernet)

Windows 7-64
Atol driver 8.14.2
KKT Atol 55F itself 01.2017 , the test prints series ID (2908), 1 = 1245, 3 = 2893, which means bootloader version 2893, 2908 is the firmware of the CPU itself, and 2893 is some kind of “standard software” (it’s hard to say what it is)

This is the option:
board AL.P240.40.001 rev.5.6.1
LPC1778FBD144 controller on board
2628/1-1245/3-2438

Stage 1 - bootloader firmware

(check that you know the security code, for example, print out the test or look in the form, or better yet, both)
(just in case, disconnect the FN)
switched off
jumper 1 to ON
turned on
Using the FlashMagic program from the site atol.tu via RS232 cable we sew the bootloader

Turned off
jumper 1 back to OFF

Note: It may turn out that you cannot go to Stage 2 without Stage 1. The cash register does not enter the firmware mode, and the removable disk does not appear. Then we just do Stage 1 first, then Stage 2.

Stage 2 - firmware of the main part of the program

Jumper 1 to OFF
Don't forget to connect the USB cable now
Turned on
"beautiful melody" beeped (if there was Stage 1)
removable drive "ATOL FPrint" appeared
jumper 1 to ON (directly on the switched on CCP)
on "ATOL FPrint" we throw a file with combined firmware (for example, I have f62_4139 _1245.con)
waiting for copying to complete
after a while we hear beeps
turn off
jumper 1 back to OFF
turn on
we've been waiting for a long time....
we hear beeps
prints ABNORMAL TABLES
initialization of the CU memory chip
jumper 1 to ON (directly on the switched on CCP)
wait for one signal and turn off
jumper 1 back to OFF
turn on
prints an INCORRECT SECURITY CODE, all settings are also lost
The KKT Atol 55F on the test prints series ID (4139), 1 = 1245, 3 = 2893, strangely, only the firmware of the CPU itself has changed 4139, 2893 remains the same.

The exchange channel is reset to RS232, if necessary we set it to USB
Technical reset (it looks like we press it twice, wait for the cash register to restart)

By the way, if “ATOL USB device (COMxx)” remains in the device manager, this is strange, because There should be 2 VCOM ports appearing, otherwise how to access the Internet via USB to communicate with the OFD. All this suggests that you need to install the latest drivers 10
In the KKT driver this port is visible as COM42:FPrintUSB0, we connect to the KKT using it
Enter the security code through the “tax inspector” utility, the result is OK.
through the KKT driver "Initializing tables" - still only 1 ATOL USB device appears in the system. In general, let's leave the question for LATER.

If you still need to cause a technological reset, i.e. transfer the cash register to the required technical mode. To reset - you can remove the battery (with the CCP turned off, of course) for a minute.

You need to do technical zeroing like this:
  • we disassemble the cash register
  • turn on
  • jumper 1 to ON (directly on the switched on CCP)
  • in the cash register driver "Setting properties" - "Equipment service" - "Technological zeroing" (the instructions say that the product should be in the "Selection" mode, but in this zeroing option this does not matter, it is set by default)
  • squeak means OK
  • jumper 1 to OFF (directly when the CCP is turned on)
  • turn off
If you need to enter the serial number, do this:
  • in the KKT driver we configure the connection
  • "Mode" - "Access to FP" - "password 30" - "FP/ECLZ/EZh tab" - "serial number" = our number - Enter the serial number, the answer should be = "(0) No errors"
if you need to enter a security code:
  • in the KKT driver (8.14.2)
  • It doesn’t work that way - “Mode” - “Select” - “password 30” - “Service” - “code index” = our security code - “Set security code” BURN “(-3857) Incorrect code or security code number”
  • did not go through the program "Utility for registering KKT ATOL" due to some kind of freeze
  • through the program the tax inspector is immediately OK (some kind of lottery)
A strange question remains: how many COM ports should appear in the system when connecting a kkt via USB? It’s interesting that on another PC Windows-Server 2008-64 I immediately plug the same Atol 55F kkt into USB and 2 VCOM ports appear. Here USB\VID_2912&PID_0005&REV_0200&MI_00 , and in the first version there was USB\VID_2912&PID_0005&REV_0200 . Printing receipts on ATOL cash registers
  • Queue log of checks and cash register transactions
  • Registration and printing of checks on KKM ATOL
  • Logging of each operation or command sent to the ATOL cash register
  • Clinic logo printing
  • Printing advertising blocks on receipts
  • The XML format of checks in the Adenta program will allow third-party software to register and print them on any KKM models other than ATOL KKM
  • For the module to work, the additional module "Payment Journal" must be connected.
  • The module works only during the period of information support of the program.
  • The module DOES NOT WORK or DOES NOT ALWAYS work CORRECTLY with the following models:
    • ATOL 90F is a stand-alone cash register that does not connect to a computer.
  • The manufacturer "ATOL" has created one universal KKM ATOL driver for all its numerous models.
    Download and install this driver.

    Important!

    • Before installing the new ATOL 10th version driver, uninstall the old ATOL 8th version driver.
    • If you download the driver directly from the website of the ATOL cash register manufacturer, install its 32-bit version.
    • When installing the driver, do not enable the "Web server" checkbox. An activated Web server may permanently occupy the port, which in turn may cause communication with the driver to fail.
    • Driver ATOL Vesia 10
    • Configure the ATOL cash register driver - directly through the software interface of the driver itself, see the ATOL driver shortcut on the desktop or in the list of programs on your computer. Make sure that the driver connects and “sees” the cash register. If the driver has not established a connection with the cash register, the Adenta program will display the message “Error opening the cash register port” whenever you try to access the cash register. The Adenta program itself does not work directly with POS printer ports and cannot control them; the POS printer driver itself works directly with POS printer ports.
    • The log of checks and cash register transactions in the Adenta program is a queue of checks and other transactions awaiting their sending to the cash register equipment - for further printing and sending to the OFD. Any payment, if it affects receptions, purchase orders, a warehouse and at the same time passes through a cash register or bank card, will have a “KKM” button and can be placed in the register of checks and KKM transactions. In order for the program to correctly generate this journal, in the configurator, create and configure a profile for the object "KKM. Journal of receipts and transactions":
    • In the configurator "KKM. Setting up cash transactions" check and adjust the settings for each type of cash receipt. Important points:
      • When crediting an advance, the tax is not indicated on the cash receipt, because the subject of payment (service, product) has not yet been determined.
      • In the first payment for the reception/carriage order/movement, the tax is indicated in the cash register receipt - it is calculated not from the amount of the received payment, but immediately from the sum of all items in the receipt, regardless of the form of payment - cash, non-cash (plastic card, from an advance payment, bonuses, barter).
      • In all subsequent payments for reception/carriage/relocation, the tax is no longer indicated in the cash receipt.
